I think of myself as a problem solver first, and while the biggest issues require high-level solutions, I believe small problems do too.

Minor hiccups stem from big ones, but because they seem insignificant, they’re often swept under the rug or patched with a temporary “band-aid” solution, only to inevitably reappear and, over time, snowball into a big problem. This cycle is never-ending and can severely stunt the growth of high-potential organizations and individuals. But when you zoom out to the bigger picture, you can usually find the root source.

I call this “Big Picture Thinking”. In my own life and my work, I identify and build the small, seemingly unnoticeable pieces that, when put together, create an unstoppable mosaic-like masterpiece; therefore, Painting the Bigger Picture.

This framework reappears throughout my work, from my blog posts to my professional experience and even my personal relationships. Now, I want to bring it to an organization with impact, purpose, and a drive for achievement.
