Marketing & PR, Fullcast
At Fullcast, I support PR, marketing, and thought leadership for a B2B RevOps company operating at the intersection of AI, sales strategy, and revenue operations. My role blends research, narrative development, and content strategy — helping translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories for founders, operators, and GTM leaders.
I contribute to Fullcast’s external voice through long-form thought leadership, newsletters, and strategic messaging, with a particular focus on the student perspective, marketing automation, and modern revenue teams. I work closely with leadership, including our Chief Marketing Officer, Amy O. Cook, to ensure our content reflects both industry trends and Fullcast’s product-led perspective in a rapidly evolving space.
This experience has strengthened my ability to connect data, strategy, and storytelling, especially in high-growth technical environments where clarity of message directly impacts credibility and brand authority.
Case Study: Supporting GTM Live!
The Challenge:
Fullcast set out to launch GTM Live!, a new flagship event bringing together practitioners and executives across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and CX to explore the future of go-to-market strategy and AI. The timeline was ambitious: the entire event was planned and executed in just six weeks.
The challenge wasn’t only logistics — it was creating a meaningful, high-caliber experience for senior leaders while introducing a fresh, differentiated perspective on GTM in an increasingly AI-driven landscape.
My Contributions:
Event Operations & Participant Experience
Assisted with on-site logistics to ensure smooth execution across keynotes, panels, roundtables, and networking sessions
Helped manage participant flow and satisfaction, supporting speakers and attendees throughout the day
Contributed to creating a polished, professional environment aligned with Fullcast’s brand and thought leadership goals
Roundtable Facilitation & Engagement
Supported and facilitated roundtable conversations among GTM leaders
Helped guide discussions on AI, revenue strategy, and cross-functional alignment — especially from a student perspective
Ensured conversations stayed productive, inclusive, and insight-driven
My Role:
As a PR & Marketing Intern, I supported the premiere launch of GTM Live! by contributing to both event operations and participant experience, while also bringing a student and early-career lens into a room full of C-suite leadership.
This experience placed me directly inside a real-world strategic environment — observing how executive conversations are shaped, how thought leadership comes to life in person, and how operations enable meaningful connection.
Introducing a Student Perspective to Executive Spaces
Brought an alternate, early-career viewpoint into conversations dominated by C-level leaders
Engaged directly with executives to share perspectives on how younger professionals see AI, entry-level hiring, and the future of work
Used these interactions to inform my broader thought leadership work around workforce development and AI adoption
Outcome & Impact
Successfully supported the launch of what is now positioned as an annual Fullcast event
Helped deliver a high-quality experience for practitioners and executives across multiple GTM functions
Gained firsthand exposure to executive-level strategy discussions and live thought leadership environments
Strengthened my ability to operate confidently in professional, high-stakes settings while contributing meaningfully as an intern
Most importantly, GTM Live! showed me how strategy, storytelling, and operations converge in real time — and reinforced my passion for working in environments where ideas directly shape business direction.
